About
Since 1902, Orange County Global Medical Center has provided Orange County with dependable, innovative, and compassionate healthcare services. Our 282-bed facility offers advanced medical technology and provides patients with the highest caliber of hand-picked healthcare providers. Our physicians, nurses, and staff members come from a wide range of backgrounds and areas of expertise that collectively focus on the medical and cultural needs of our community.
Orange County Global Medical Center supports and maintains a full range of specialty services that serve both inpatients and outpatients, as well as their families. As a flagship hospital, Orange County Global Medical Center is designated by the County of Orange as a Level II Trauma Center providing emergency services for more than 20,000 patients each year. Orange County Global Medical Center boasts many other distinctions including being a Certified Comprehensive Stroke Center, STEMI Receiving Center, and a Level III NICU. License, Accreditation, and Governance
Orange County Global Medical Center is fully licensed by the State of California and the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) as an acute care hospital. The hospital is accredited by The Joint Commission and is governed by a managing board of local business professionals, physicians, and active community members.

A compassionate leader always eager to help healthcare organizations achieve best practice performance. A leader with a proven track record of improving and sustaining patient satisfaction survey scores. A believer of multidisciplinary tactical approach to problem solving and creative-co-invented and patented the first long sleeve scrubs in 2012. Only two months in the role and already improved HCAHPS (Patient Satisfaction Survey) score from 1st percentile to 80th percentile this month of May, 2025.
In terms of proficiency, has over 40 years of healthcare experience, LEAN Workshop Lead MBTI Administrator Certified. Clinical experience for 18 years and the rest in leadership roles.
For education, completed Doctor of Healthcare Administration in 2010 through University of Phoenix, Master of Arts in Management with Academic Distinction from Hawaii Pacific University in 1998, a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Development from Hawaii Pacific University in 1996, and a Graduate Nurse to complete education backgrounds.
On a personal note, been married for over 40 years to the same man, raised two grown beautiful, kind, and upstanding children.
